§1.1 BrandVisionCore, located at 28270, 2 Rue du Centre La Plesse, Crucey-Villages, France, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

§1.2 We collect personal data solely for the purpose of executing brand strategy and identity design services requested by our clients. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, and project-related information submitted through our contact forms.

§1.3 Personal data is processed on the legal basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties.

§1.4 Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the contracted services plus a retention period of 24 months for follow-up communications. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data by contacting [email protected].

§1.5 For data breach notifications, we will inform the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected data subjects without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

§2.1 By engaging BrandVisionCore for brand strategy and identity design services, you agree to the following terms. All engagements are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in France.

§2.2 Service scope is defined in the project proposal or statement of work (SOW) provided prior to engagement commencement. Any additions or modifications to scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.

§2.3 Payment terms: 50% deposit upon project initiation, 50% upon delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in EUR excluding applicable taxes.

§2.4 Intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment. BrandVisionCore retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

§2.5 Limitation of liability: BrandVisionCore's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable SOW. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

§3.1 BrandVisionCore uses essential cookies to ensure the proper functioning of our website. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service requested and do not require explicit consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

§3.2 We use localStorage to persist your cookie consent preference. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

§3.3 We do not deploy tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies. No behavioral profiling or cross-site tracking is performed.

§3.4 You may clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair website functionality.

§4.1 BrandVisionCore offers a structured refund policy aligned with project milestone delivery. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation request.

§4.2 Full refund: If cancellation occurs before any deliverable work has commenced (within 48 hours of deposit payment). A 5% administrative processing fee applies.

§4.3 Partial refund: If cancellation occurs after initial research or strategy work has commenced, a proportional refund is calculated based on completed vs. remaining milestones. Completed work product remains the property of BrandVisionCore.

§4.4 No refund: Once final deliverables have been submitted and approved, no refunds are issued. Approval constitutes acceptance of the work product per the project SOW.

§4.5 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant milestone. Processing time is 10-15 business days from approval.
